She helped us set and tear everything down, was there when I forgot things (and I forgot quite a few things LOL), she was great with my kids running around while we set up, helped set up our balloon arch and helped make it a perfect party. Anything I needed, she made happen for us. This was our first experience with just renting the center but we will definitely be back and I plan on using her other services because her attention to detail willingness to jump in and help sealed her in as my event venue and coordinator.
